Lúčky spa is located in mountaneous, south facing valley, under the hillside of Choč, between Orava and Liptov region, 621 meters above the sea level. It is 14 km far north-east of Ružomberok, which is 280 km far from the capital Bratislava on the line Bratislava-Žilina-Košice. Many facilities for recreation and sport activities can be found near the water reservoir - Liptovská Mara, in winter in Jasná and Donovaly.
